Dear Aaron,

We used American Federal Security to do a number of jobs upon moving into our new home.  After doing some research, we decided American Federal had the best quotes in the area.  At first, we were just looking for a home theater, but after working with Aaron and his crew, we decided to use them for further projects such as security, home theater, speaker installation, and much more.

American Federal was extremely knowledgeable about various products that they thought would suit our needs.   What we liked most was that they did not try to sell us the most expensive items.  They gave us many options to choose from and did not try to push any kind of sale.  They were really in tune with our needs and lifestyle and provided ideas and suggestions that we would never have even thought about.  They made what seemed to be so complicated, extremely easy to use and explained how to work everything from the security to remote controls.  Aaron even insisted on being there when Comcast and DirecTV came to install just to make sure that everything was hooked up properly.

The professionalism of Aaron and his crew blew us away.  They respected our home and took their shoes off every time they came inside.  They worked so diligently and quickly, even working late nights and weekends.  They were so dedicated to us and our needs that at times, we felt like we were their only job at the time, even though we knew we were not.  Aaron made himself available to us at all time.  If we had any problems, we did not hesitate to call him.

I would recommend American Federal to anyone who is interested in high quality products and professionalism.  We look forward to using American Federal in the future for our home media needs.
