Dear Mr. Brame,

As you are aware, there is nothing more important than the safety of your family.  In this day and age there are a lot of bad things that can happen from robbery, home invasion, fire, and water damage.
You can consider this letter not only a thank you for the work you have done at our home over the past decade, but also feel free to use this as an endorsement.
Anyone can flip in a few window sensors and call a home protected, but your continual ability to embrace the latest technologies truly allows me and my family to feel protected.  Besides our alarm system, the cameras that you installed allow us to observer and record any event outside and inside our home in critical areas.  Being the parents of two severely disabled children, security and medical alerts are something that we have to worry about, but you have taken the worry out of this with the equipment that allows my wife and I to monitor as well as interact with our caregivers, regardless of what continent we may be on!
Although much less important, I would be remiss in not mentioning the entertainment and communication systems you have also installed and maintained.  Again, I am a technology oriented person and you have given us a system that is actually easy to use and that is something we never had before.  It is great to once again live with a single remote.
You availability has been exemplary and you staff has always been clean and courteous.  Over the past 30 years I have used multiple companies and trying to get service or upgrades was a hassle, with your company it is easy!
It is a big decision for the average home owner to decide what to install and whom to do it.  If you ever have a client riding the fence, please feel free to not only show them this thank you, but also to give them my phone number.  Being a business man myself, I am very well acquainted with what it takes to be successful and appreciate others in pursuit of excellence.  If I had to use single word to describe our experience with American Federal Security Systems, it would be just that, “excellence”.
